My family and I never dreamed that we might have to face losing our home and our good credit. My husband and I did everything we could to work with the bank, but they came back at us (repeatedly) with varying versions of the following: “Sorry, you simply do not qualify.” We were eventually forced to seek out legal advice. We are now in short sale proceedings - we were (originally) led to believe that this was no longer even an option!

They possessed the necessary connections to get our short sale listed with the proper brokers while making sure that the process was as painless (for us) as possible.
It’s been challenging to start over and this has been a very rough year. Thanks to Roger, we have been able to rebuild our credit by the time for our toddler will start kindergarten.
